Unenroll a Palm Beach County Payment Plan from AutoPay on PayItClerkPBC

Need to stop automatic payments for your payment plan on PayItClerkPBC? No problem! Follow the steps below to unenroll from AutoPay:

  1. Select Manage AutoPay

  1. Click Accept and Continue to accept the "AutoPay Terms & Conditions"

  1. Select Unenroll Plan

  1. Click Yes to confirm

Your account is now unenrolled from AutoPay. You will receive an unenrollment confirmation and manual payments will need to be made going forward.
